Compensation
$24–$31/hour based on experience, skills assessment, and credentialing

  • Non-Credentialed Veterinary Technician: $24–$30/hr
  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT): $26–$31/hr
  • VTS compensation available based on experience
Shift Differentials:
  • Swings (4:00 PM–11:59 PM): +$2/hr
  • Overnights (6:00 PM–6:00 AM): +$2.50/hr
Schedule
Full-Time | 12-hour shifts
Available schedule options include:
  • Overnights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (3x12s)
  • Rotational schedule:
    • Days: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
    • Mid shift: 10:00 AM–10:00 PM
    • Overnights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Responsibilities
As an ICU Veterinary Technician, you will:
  • Provide nursing care and monitoring for critically ill and hospitalized patients
  • Monitor anesthesia, sedation, and recovery patients
  • Perform patient assessments including TPR, vitals, and ongoing monitoring
  • Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as directed by DVMs
  • Assist with emergency procedures and stabilization of incoming patients
  • Place and maintain IV catheters
  • Collect laboratory samples and run diagnostics
  • Assist with advanced imaging and specialty procedures as needed
  • Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
  • Deliver compassionate communication and support to clients throughout patient care
  • Collaborate closely with Emergency, Critical Care, and Specialty teams across the hospital
Qualifications
We’re looking for Veterinary Technicians who are:
  • Experienced in emergency, ICU, or specialty veterinary medicine preferred
  • CVT, LVT, or RVT strongly preferred; experienced non-credentialed technicians encouraged to apply
  • Skilled in patient monitoring, nursing care, and technical procedures
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital environment
  • Positive, dependable, and compassionate with strong communication skills
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and continue developing technical skills
  • Committed to excellent patient care and exceptional client service
  • Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
