What You'll Do:
As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you will:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
• Manage a busy multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments across multiple specialty and emergency departments
• Check clients and patients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate medical records and communication with referring veterinary hospitals
• Serve as a liaison between clients and medical teams
• Support pet owners during emotional and stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate client and patient information within hospital systems
• Assist with administrative and front desk operations as needed
What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of veterinary client service, veterinary reception, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate during stressful situations
• Experience de-escalating challenging client interactions
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and hospital needs
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional client care
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
