Support purchasing and inventory processes — from placing orders to tracking deliveries
Help with accounts payable, invoice processing, and expense tracking
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support hospital initiatives
Coordinate communications, meetings, and scheduling across departments
Jump in on special projects and hospital events as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort with multitasking in a dynamic, team-centered environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior administrative experience (veterinary or medical setting a plus)
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
Be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, compassion, and growth
Support dedicated, life-saving professionals who make a difference every day
Contribute to meaningful work that supports patients, clients, and care teams in critical moments

Occasionally, you may need to lift or move up to 50 lbs (assistance available as needed).
The work environment includes interaction with animals, medical equipment, and moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations are available.
