Our Campbell location offers services in Emergency, Critical Care, Urgent Care, Surgery, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Neurology and Physical Rehabilitation. Some of the responsibilities you’ll own in this role:
  • Manage a team of Client Service Coordinators
  • Ensure all team members provide an exceptional client experience
  • Complete monthly schedule and ensure adequate coverage
  • Manage department payroll and staffing costs, to include review and approval of timecards
  • Fill in as a Client Service Coordinator as needed
  • Ensure daily financial close is properly complete
  • Participate in development of and refinements to best practices (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Deliver results in areas of staff development, training, client satisfaction, and safety
 
Basic required qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast paced, high volume client service setting
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, positive professional attitude and demeanor
  • Ability to lead by example and positively influence others by managing and participating in the mentorship and training of team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communications systems
  • Excellent positive and productive communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Valid California driver’s license,  proper vehicle registration, and California’s minimum automobile insurance coverage requirement
  • Ability to work shifts, days, nights, weekends and holidays
Work schedule:
  • Full-Time
  • 5/8's
  • Open availability preferred with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Pay Range $31-35 an hour
