We are excited to welcome an additional full-time Assistant Clinical Supervisor to our Surgery department! If you are a skilled and compassionate veterinary technician with a passion for leadership, this opportunity is for you.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts
• Rotating Weekends

Compensation:

• $26 - $32 based on skills assessment leveling & credentialing
• Even higher for VTS!

About the Role:
As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading both clinical and administrative teams within our Surgery department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Staffing & Workflow: Ensuring adequate staffing levels and understanding departmental workflow to provide effective medical services and an optimal client experience.
• Operational Support: Assisting the Hospital Service Manager in setting goals, tracking progress, and planning for staffing needs within budgetary parameters.
• Client & Patient Care: Regularly evaluating patient/client and staff data to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and service.
• Team Collaboration: Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships across the hospital, promoting trust, respect, and communication among team members.
• Leadership: Providing direction, guidance, and support to staff, coordinating interdepartmental activities, and serving as the hospital “go to” during assigned duty schedules.
• Training & Development: Assisting with staff training, performance reviews, and ensuring that equipment service needs are met.
