Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Schedule: Full Time | 1st Shift | Monday through Friday | Some Holidays Required 
Compensation: $18-19.50/hr, Dependent On Experience

In Your Day-To-Day, You Will:

  • Welcome clients and provide compassionate support during urgent and emotionally challenging situations.
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls, walk-ins, and emergency scheduling while remaining calm and organized.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally between clients and the medical team to support a seamless experience.
  • Assist with patient intake, medical records, billing, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Help maintain efficient hospital operations during busy emergency caseloads.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing emergency and specialty team, including board-certified specialists.
  • Make a meaningful difference for pets and their families by delivering attentive, empathetic service.
  • Continue building your skills in a fast-paced, supportive, and team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment

  • Excellent communication and teamwork

  • Experience in veterinary, medical, or fast-paced service environments preferred
