This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, collaborative, 24/7 specialty and emergency hospital.

At CASE, our 35,000 sq. ft. facility is home to board-certified specialists and dedicated care teams committed to exceptional medicine and compassionate service. As Hospital Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence while supporting a culture that prioritizes both patient care and team engagement.

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee daily hospital operations with a strong focus on financial performance, team leadership, and client experience. You’ll partner closely with the Hospital Director and Medical Director to align operations with clinical goals and drive overall hospital success.
This role is ideal for someone with a clinical or healthcare background who thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and leads with both accountability and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
Envision – Financial & Strategic Leadership
  • Own hospital financial performance, including KPIs, budgeting, and cost control
  • Manage day-to-day fiscal operations (billing, payroll, purchasing)
  • Analyze data to drive performance and inform decisions
  • Support capital planning, including facility upgrades and equipment lifecycle
Transform – Operations & Facilities
  • Lead hospital operations to ensure efficient workflows and quality patient care
  • Align clinical and operational processes with hospital leadership
  • Oversee facilities, maintenance programs, and vendor partnerships
  • Ensure 24/7 operational readiness, staffing, and regulatory compliance
Engage – Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop multi-shift teams across operations and support functions
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and communicative culture
  • Partner across departments and with corporate teams to meet hospital goals
Develop – Culture & Growth
  • Drive team development through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Support hiring, retention, and engagement initiatives
  • Promote an inclusive, respectful, and growth-oriented environment
Drive – Execution & Problem Solving
  • Resolve operational and personnel challenges with sound, data-driven decisions
  • Oversee inventory, asset management, and compliance (including controlled substances)
  • Participate in on-call leadership and escalation management
  • Execute hospital priorities in alignment with leadership and stakeholders
Inspire – Client Experience & Culture
  • Champion a patient- and client-centered experience across all touchpoints
  • Ensure hospital cleanliness, safety, and overall environment standards
  • Partner with clinical and client care teams to support seamless service
  • Lead with visibility, integrity, and a commitment to excellence
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience required
  • Veterinary or healthcare experience preferred (2+ years minimum)
  • Experience managing budgets and operational performance
Skills
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Effective communicator with high emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems
