Compensation: $18-27/hr, depending on experience

Role Summary: Nashville Veterinary Specialists + Animal Emergency (NVS) is searching for Client Service Representatives to join our GROWING team! We are looking for ANIMAL LOVERS who are team players with stellar customer service, display friendly and warm demeanors, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment! Apply today to join our team, help us make a difference in an animal's life, and to advance your career! 

Position Responsibilities include, but not limited to:   

  • Coordinate Client Communication: Schedule appointments (including work-ins), greet new clients, and return calls within 2 hours to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience.

  • Support Prescription Management: Handle refill requests, communicate with doctors, and coordinate with pharmacies for approvals and updates.

  • Provide Daily Client Updates: Call clients each morning with pet updates, send daily photos, and facilitate in-person visits.

  • Follow Up on Patient Care: Conduct follow-up calls two days post-discharge for hospitalized patients to check on progress and client satisfaction.

  • Team Collaboration & Backup Support: Act as backup for doctors, CSRs, and CCCs when needed, always striving to enhance the client experience and refer medical questions appropriately.

Requirements:   

    • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary setting experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

    • Client Service Skills: Demonstrated background in customer service with a strong desire to compassionately support clients.

    • Communication Abilities: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills essential.

    • Flexibility & Adaptability: Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; remains calm and effective under pressure.

    • Technical Proficiency & Teamwork: Comfortable with PC use; experience with ezyVet or similar platforms is a plus; thrives in a collaborative team environment.
