With MRI, CT, PET scanning, 12 surgical suites, a dedicated ER, and expanded training spaces, RBVH combines innovative medicine with compassionate care for pets, clients, and team members alike.

Compensation:

  • $20 - $25/hr. based on experience

Schedule:
  • Full Time
    • Sunday – Thursday
    • Shifts between 7:00am – 6:00pm available
    • Flexibility for occasional weekend/overnights desired
    • Holiday rotation required for a minimum of 2 holidays worked per year
Job Description:
As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you'll be the welcoming face of our hospital, helping create an exceptional experience for clients while supporting our doctors, veterinary technicians, and hospital team in a fast-paced specialty environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Check patients in and out for appointments
  • Schedule appointments and recheck visits
  • Coordinate front desk operations and support hospital workflow
  • Assist families through the euthanasia paperwork process with empathy and sensitivity
  • Discuss payment options and process client transactions
  • Process daily estimates and financial reports
  • Prepare schedules, maintain medical records, file documents, and complete administrative tasks
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct urgent calls to the appropriate clinical team
  • Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and veterinary staff
  • Support student training and mentorship opportunities as needed
  • Maintain a positive, organized, and client-focused environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Fluent English skills (speaking and reading) required.
