Schedule Options

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday: 8:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:00pm
Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00am – 7:00pm

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and check in patients
• Manage high-volume phone calls and client updates
• Support estimates, check-outs, and financial transactions
• Communicate compassionately during urgent situations
• Partner with technicians and doctors to maintain workflow

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of veterinary experience (GP, ER, or specialty required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Calm, professional demeanor in fast-paced environments
