We’re looking for a Client Care Supervisor who’s not only organized and detail-oriented, but also genuinely loves leading people and creating positive experiences for clients and their pets.

Compensation:

• $27 - $35 based on knowledge & experience

• Full-time, 36 hours/week, including one weekend shift per week and three holiday shifts per year

• Building and maintaining a warm, welcoming, and organized front lobby
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team so they can shine in their roles
• Managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations
• Reconciling daily transactions and assisting to resolve accounts receivable issues as needed
• Partnering with other departments to keep the flow of patients and communication seamless
• Assisting in the process of hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews with the support of our administrative team

• Experience: 5+ years in a client-facing role (veterinary or medical preferred)
• Leadership: A natural people-leader who can inspire, guide, and support a team
• Customer Service Skills: You go above and beyond to make people feel valued and understood
• Organization: You thrive in a busy environment and keep things running like clockwork
• Flexibility: Able to adapt to changing priorities and pitch in where needed
• Bonus: Experience as a veterinary receptionist, medical secretary, or similar role
