Compensation:
- $17 - $19/hr., based on experience
- $2/hr. partial overnight differentials

Job Description:
As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency, critical care, and specialty departments while serving as the first point of contact for clients and patients. In this fast-paced environment, you will help create a welcoming and compassionate experience for pet owners, coordinate patient admissions and discharges, manage client communications, schedule appointments, process financial transactions, and support the flow of information between clients and the medical team.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency, critical care, and specialty departments while serving as the first point of contact for clients and patients. In this fast-paced environment, you will help create a welcoming and compassionate experience for pet owners, coordinate patient admissions and discharges, manage client communications, schedule appointments, process financial transactions, and support the flow of information between clients and the medical team.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
- Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail
