We are currently seeking an Assistant Client Care Supervisor to help lead our front desk team and ensure an outstanding experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Compensation:
- $29 - $32 based on knowledge & experience
- 15% Shift differential between 12a - 7a

About the Role:As the Assistant Client Care Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Client Care Hospital Service Manager to uphold the highest level of customer service, foster strong communication between hospital departments, and support our incredible client care team. Your role will include scheduling staff, training new hires, ensuring smooth hospital operations, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and referring veterinarians.Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):- Support the Client Care HSM in upholding and enhancing an exceptional client experience.
- Foster clear and effective communication between hospital departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage scheduling to maintain optimal staffing levels based on client needs and hospital flow.
- Develop, distribute, and analyze client reviews, using feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong presence within the Client Care Department, providing guidance and support daily.
- Participate in hiring efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition.
- Help develop, refine, and update training programs to ensure all client care team members are well-equipped and knowledgeable.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance support for team members, including participation in disciplinary processes when necessary.
- Serve as a client concierge, ensuring every pet parent receives compassionate and attentive service.
What We're Looking For:- 2+ years of customer relations experience (veterinary experience a plus!) & 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Proven ability to calmly and professionally resolve difficult or stressful client and employee situations with empathy and respect.
- Strong communication skills to foster collaboration between client care staff, specialists, and technical teams, ensuring seamless hospital operations.
