Emergency Veterinary Assistant

Boston West Veterinary Emergency & Specialty is seeking a passionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team-oriented environment and provide exceptional support at our state-of-the-art hospital in Natick, MA.
Compensation:
- $15.75 - $21 pending skill leveling assessment
- Three 12-hour shifts including one weekend shift
- 7a – 7p
About the Role:
- Dive into the action alongside our skilled veterinary team, where you'll play a crucial role in performing procedures, administering treatments, and conducting diagnostics to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
- Create a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere for both our clients and patients, ensuring that every visit to Boston West is a positive and memorable experience for all.
- Join forces with your dedicated colleagues to deliver seamless and personalized care that caters to the unique needs of each individual pet, fostering a sense of trust and comfort in our compassionate community.
- You are an experience Veterinary Assistant dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care.
- You understand that clear, effective communication among clients and team members is a priority and are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
- You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value.
- You’re not afraid to jump in and get your feet wet! A diligent worker who takes initiative and contributes to the operation of the entire hospital, you will help get all the day’s duties done!
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
