What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for exceptional care
Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system
Communicate closely with medical staff to ensure seamless client experiences
Accurately document client and patient information in medical records
Process payments, refunds, and cash handling
Maintain accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Uphold FVRC’s core values, standards of care, and mission
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in a veterinary specialty, emergency, or high-volume practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly
A team-first mindset and commitment to exceptional client service
