Mass Vet Referral Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Liaison to join our Neurology Department in Woburn, MA. This is a unique opportunity to use your skills and medical knowledge in a collaborative role focused on communication, education, and care coordination—without the physical strain of traditional tech work.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours
- This role is in-person with the potential for hybrid remote days.
- $21 - $28
As a Veterinary Technician Liaison, you’ll be the bridge between our Neurology team and the pet families we serve. Your day-to-day will include:
- Educating pet owners using Ethos-approved and accredited resources
- Guiding clients through their pet’s care journey, answering questions with compassion and expertise
- Providing timely updates on hospitalized patients
- Documenting all client communication accurately in medical records
- Supporting the team with treatment plan coordination, prescriptions, and client education
- 3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician (Neurology experience is a plus!)
- AS/BS in Veterinary Technology, Biology, or Animal Science is helpful
- A passion for client communication and education
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role
