Veterinary Specialty Hospital of San Diego - Sorrento Valley is seeking full-time Veterinary Assistants to join our 24/7 Emergency, Specialty Referral, & Teaching hospital in San Diego, California.

Here at Veterinary Specialty Hospital- Sorrento Valley you will find Neurology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Medical/Radiation Oncology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Advanced Imaging (MRI, CT, U/S, Radiology), Blood Banking, ECC (ER, Intermediate Care, ICU) all under one roof. In addition to these specialties, we also operate our own Pharmacy.

Pay Range:
VA: $23 - $30/hr
* Additional shift differentials of $2.00-3.50/hr available for overnight

Surgery:
* Assistant
Medical Oncology:
* Assistant (Minimum 5 years experience)
* Liaison (Minimum 2 years experience)
Radiation Oncology:
* Assistant
About You:
Minimum of 2 years working in a progressive veterinary hospital.
Completion of an approved Veterinary Assistant program a plus.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
