Schedule: Full-Time, Three 12-hour shifts per week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Day Shift: 7am–7pm.
Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule while working only three days each week.
Veterinary Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting clients, patients, doctors, and technicians in a fast-paced emergency and specialty hospital environment.
Responsibilities include -
Greeting clients and patients while creating a welcoming and compassionate experience
Checking in specialty and emergency patients
Scheduling appointments and coordinating hospital calendars across multiple services
Answering multi-line phones and responding to client requests professionally and efficiently
Communicating clearly with doctors, technicians, and hospital leadership
Processing payments, patient discharge instructions, and follow-up appointments
Supporting clients through emotional or sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Maintaining accurate medical records using veterinary software systems including EzyVet and SmartFlow
Sending records to clients, referring veterinarians, and partner hospitals
Supporting hospital operations through teamwork and collaboration across departments
What We’re Looking For:
Prior veterinary receptionist, veterinary client service, or medical office experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills, with comfortability working in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment
Strong computer skills, administrative skills, and data entry accuracy. Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred. Experience with EzyVet and SmartFlow is a plus
Knowledge of veterinary terminology and dog and cat breeds preferred. Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional during emergency situations
Ability to multitask while maintaining organization and attention to detail
Fluent English speaking and reading skills required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
