Veterinary Client Service Manager, CTVRC

$36 - $42 based on knowledge and experience

About the Role:
The Client Service Manager is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing and elevating the client experience at our busy veterinary referral hospital. This is a hybrid role, balancing hands-on front-line support with administrative leadership. You’ll lead a team of dedicated Client Service Representatives (CSRs), providing real-time coaching, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring every client feels valued and supported.What You’ll Do:
- ✅ Champion gold-standard client service—every interaction counts.
- ✅ Lead, coach, and develop the CSR team through feedback, mentoring, and performance management.
- ✅ Handle sensitive client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- ✅ Manage CSR scheduling, training, and onboarding.
- ✅ Oversee front desk operations including appointment booking, client communications, invoicing, and payment processing.
- ✅ Identify service improvements to create smoother, more satisfying client experiences.
- ✅ Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.
- ✅ Contribute to hospital operations with administrative tasks including reporting and supply management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; college diploma or degree in business, hospitality, or veterinary management preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a client-facing environment (veterinary, healthcare, or hospitality preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
- Strong conflict resolution and customer relationship management abilities.
- Core Competencies:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Calm under pressure, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
