Are you a passionate Veterinary Technician looking for a fulfilling career opportunity? Look no further! Bulger Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency department!

Schedule:

  • Evenings (Swings) Options
    • 4p - 1a
    • 5p - 2a
    • 6p - 3a
  • Overnights
    • Three 12-hour shifts
    • 6p - 6:30a
    • One weekend shift weekly, or rotating both weekend days every other week
Compensation:
  • $22  -$30 Pending skill leveling assessment
About You:
  • You are a confident, skilled, Veterinary Technician dedicated to outstanding client service and excellent patient care.
  • You understand that clear, effective communication among clients and team members is a priority and are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
  • You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people that share that same value.
  • You’re not afraid to jump in and get your feet wet! A diligent worker who takes initiative and contributes to the operation of the entire hospital, you will help get all the day’s duties done!
  • You must have a strong foundational understanding and can perform the basic responsibilities of a veterinary technician including (but not limited to):
    • Venipuncture
    • Placing IV Catheters
    • Drug Calculations
    • Administration of Medications (IV or other methods)
    • Taking Vitals
    • Gathering Medical History
