Bulger Veterinary Hospital in Lawrence, MA is looking for a Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) ready to take the next step into leadership as an Assistant Clinical Supervisor in our Emergency & Critical Care department.

Compensation:
- $28 – $36/hr
- Overnight Differential: 11p – 6a: Base + $5/hr
- Four 9-10 hour shifts

You’ll partner directly with the Clinical Supervisor to drive the shift, support your team, and ensure exceptional patient care—all while staying hands-on in the cases that matter most.

- Leading shift operations and ensuring the team is set up to win
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing technicians in real-time
- Jumping into critical cases—triage, anesthesia monitoring, procedures
- Partnering across departments to keep workflows tight and efficient
- Solving problems in the moment and setting the tone for the team
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and performance conversations
You’ll be working in a true specialty + emergency environment with the tools and support to practice at a high level:
- Advanced imaging (CT, digital radiography, ultrasound)
- Endoscopy, minimally invasive surgery, and specialty services
- Transfusion medicine, cardiology, neurology diagnostics, and more
What You Bring (Required)
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT) – required
- 3+ years of Emergency Veterinary experience
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and elevate a team
- Confidence in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
