Current Opportunities:
  • 4 pm - 12 am: Flexible days Sunday-Saturday (one weekend day required).
About You:
We are looking for a focused, dynamic individual who brings both medical experience and a passion for client service. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, managing a bustling front desk that requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. Applicants with 3+ years of customer service experience are highly preferred. Your role will involve:
  • Handling multiple phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Welcoming and checking in/out clients and patients with empathy and accuracy.
  • Processing payments and managing client accounts.
  • Managing a busy lobby of waiting clients and their pets, ensuring smooth and organized flow.
  • Maintaining clear and compassionate communication with clients and team members.
  • Ensuring the reception area operates smoothly at all times, even during peak periods.
Your ability to stay composed under pressure, manage competing priorities, and provide exceptional service during high-stress situations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing numerous phone lines with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Welcoming and checking in/out clients and patients with empathy and accuracy.
  • Processing payments and managing client accounts.
  • Managing a busy lobby of waiting clients and their pets, ensuring smooth and organized flow.
  • Maintaining clear and compassionate communication with clients and team members.
  • Ensuring the reception area operates smoothly at all times, even during peak periods.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
  • Night Shift Differential: Additional $5/hr from midnight to 6 am.
