Location: Centerville, OH
Schedule: Full Time | 1st Shift | 8am-6pm | Rotating Schedule: Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thurs, Fri | Week 2: Mon, Tue Wed, Sat
Compensation: $14-16/hr | $3/hour Shift Differential from 7pm-7am Mon. through Fri. and all day Sat. & Sun.

In Your Day-To-Day, You Will
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient and hospital areas, including cages, kennels, litter boxes, exam rooms, and public spaces
- Clean and disinfect areas between patients and following infectious cases, while restocking supplies as needed
- Support general patient care, including feeding, walking, bathing, and aftercare, as directed by hospital staff
- Stock and organize inventory and hospital supplies
- Label and manage patient belongings to ensure personal items are returned to their owners
- Complete end-of-shift duties, including mopping, laundry, trash removal, and general workspace upkeep
- Assist with additional hospital duties as needed
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, team members, and the public
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Comfort using computers and standard office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- A compassionate, positive attitude and commitment to making a difference for pets, their families, and your team

Our Dayton location was established in 2008, and through the years our team has proudly cared for thousands of pets in this AAHA accredited hospital. In June of 2019, we moved to a brand new, 15,000 square foot facility. Our new hospital, located next door to our previous location, is home to 24-hour Emergency Care, Cardiology, and Radiology, Surgery. Our hospital is also AAHA accredited.
