About the Role:
Reporting to the Hospital Services Manager, the ER Clinical Supervisor plays a vital leadership role within the emergency department. This hybrid position is approximately 75% clinical and 25% administrative—ideal for someone who loves staying involved on the floor while also supporting and growing their team.
You’ll serve as the go-to resource for the emergency department, helping to manage day-to-day operations, support staffing and scheduling, foster team development, and ensure the highest level of patient and client care.

- Thursdays: One 6-hour administrative shift focused on team development, operations, and project work
- Floating Hours: An additional 10 hours per week to be flexed based on hospital needs—offering a mix of autonomy and variety
Compensation:
- $35–$40/hour, based on experience and skill level
- Lead the Way: Provide leadership, direction, and daily support to clinical and client service teams.
- Staffing & Scheduling: Monitor staffing needs, approve payroll, and ensure coverage for exceptional patient care and client experience.
- Team Development: Conduct regular team check-ins, participate in hiring and reviews, and partner with training teams to support ongoing learning.
- Client Care: Promote a hospitality-first culture, resolve concerns, and ensure every visit meets our high standards.
- Hands-On Tech Work: From triage and diagnostics to patient monitoring and client communication, you’ll continue to provide top-tier medical support.
- Hospital Operations: Serve as the point person for department needs, equipment issues, and interdepartmental coordination.
We’re seeking a confident, capable leader with a strong foundation in emergency medicine. The ideal candidate will bring both prior leadership experience and hands-on ER/critical care expertise to the role.
- Leadership experience is required — you’ve led teams, coached others, and handled supervisory responsibilities
- Emergency/critical care experience is a must—you thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
