Specialists in Companion Animal Neurology (SCAN) is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician with a passion for neurology and specialty medicine to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside board-certified neurologists and neurosurgeons, in a collaborative and deeply supportive environment — all while living near the beautiful waters of Clearwater, Florida!

Compensation: Starting at $23/hour and up based on experience and licensure, with yearly merit increases. Additional $3/hr shift differential available on overnights!

Schedule: Overnights, 10pm - 8am

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing exceptional patient care during hospitalization, including complex neurological cases
  • Supporting anesthesia, surgery, and advanced diagnostic procedures
  • Performing venipuncture, catheter placement, and sample collection with confidence
  • Working both autonomously and collaboratively in a specialty setting

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician in emergency and/or specialty medicine. LVT certification is prioritized.
  • Are confident, compassionate, and thrive in high-level medicine
