PEAK Veterinary Referral Center is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator in Williston, VT to manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and supply flow for our specialty veterinary hospital. This part-time or full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient systems, solving problems, and supporting clinical teams through reliable supply chain operations.

Compensation

Schedule

  • This position may be structured as a hybrid role combining Supply Chain Coordinator responsibilities with clinical shifts as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant, or non-clinical shifts as a Client Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day inventory and supply chain operations to help ensure the hospital has the supplies needed to support patient care
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, par levels, product usage, and supply flow
  • Coordinate purchasing and ordering while maintaining appropriate inventory levels
  • Partner with vendors to support competitive pricing, product availability, and reliable supply
  • Reconcile orders and invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain organized and efficient storage, inventory, and ordering systems
  • Support inventory audits, reporting, and supply chain planning
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, hospital leadership, and regional supply chain partners
  • Help manage costs while maintaining reliable access to essential hospital supplies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or a related field
  • Medical or veterinary experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with inventory data, systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, leadership, vendors, and other partners
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment
  • Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
