Our Neurology service is led by two Board-Certified Neurologists and supported by a talented team of veterinary professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding client experiences.

What You'll Do

As a Neurology Technician, you'll be an essential member of the patient care team by:

Performing venipuncture and IV catheter placement
Calculating and administering medications and CRIs
Monitoring anesthesia for advanced procedures including MRI, CT, and surgery
Assisting with patient preparation, induction, recovery, and nursing care
Performing sterile surgical preparation and assisting during procedures
Supporting doctors during appointments and educating clients throughout their pet's treatment journey
Advocating for patient comfort, safety, and exceptional care at every stage
Maintaining accurate medical records and treatment documentation
Collaborating closely with doctors and fellow technicians to provide seamless patient care

Schedule

Monday - Thursday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rotating on-call schedule (1–2 shifts per week)

Bonus Opportunity

On-call support comes with additional earning potential.

$250 bonus per procedure
Example: MRI + Surgery on the same patient = $500 call-in bonus

Compensation

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT): $24–$34/hour
Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS): $35–$42/hour

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active California RVT license
Minimum two years of veterinary experience
Strong anesthesia knowledge and hands-on anesthesia experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment
Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service
