The Florida Veterinary Referral Center is looking for someone who can step in, support their teammates, and bring a calm, compassionate presence to a fast-paced ER + Specialty environment. We are looking for a Client Care Representative to complete our close-knit, high-performing team. - Full-time
- Evenings and weekends, with some holidays required
- No overnight CSR shifts
💰 Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $17 - $20/hr, based on experience
- Weekend shift differentials of additional +$2/hr before 7pm and +$3/hr after 7pm

- 1 - 2 years experience in veterinary, healthcare, or high-volume customer service
- Clear, compassionate and strong communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure
