As our Surgical Service Coordinator / Lead Vet Tech, you’ll be at the heart of our Surgery and Neurology departments, ensuring every procedure, patient, and team member is supported for smooth, efficient, and exceptional care.

- No Weekends: Enjoy a predictable schedule, Tuesday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
- Competitive Compensation: $27–$35/hr (even higher for VTS!)
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate all procedures and add-ons for Surgery and Neurology, ensuring seamless daily operations
- Oversee treatment queues and track task completion to maintain optimal workflow
- Assign and delegate cases strategically to maximize team efficiency and patient care
- Assist with patient treatments across Surgery and Neurology, supporting clinical excellence
- Ensure exceptional patient care by accurately managing digital treatment documentation
- Maintain team productivity during downtime by proactively identifying and assigning tasks
- Execute end-of-day responsibilities efficiently to close out operations smoothly
- Communicate with leadership proactively when additional support or resources are required
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills
- Clear communicator and natural leader
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and a true team player
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
