Client Care Lead, Veterinary Medicine

Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule: 10-hour shifts
Compensation: $23- $25 per hour


Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville, a leader in advanced veterinary care, is seeking a Client Care Lead to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Client Service Coordinators to ensure exceptional client care and communication.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and manage team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts.
  • Step in to assist as a Client Service Coordinator when needed to support daily operations.
  • Ensure accurate completion of daily financial close procedures.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive results in staff development, training, client satisfaction, and workplace safety.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume client service environment.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, mentor others, and build strong, engaged teams.
  • A proactive, self-starting professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and communication systems.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule

Full-Time: 4 x 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
Open availability preferred, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation

Pay Range: $23–$25 per hour (based on experience)
