Who You Are
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our Dublin team! In this role, you are the backbone of our hospital environment — ensuring that every space is clean, safe, organized, and fully operational so our veterinary staff can focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care. You take pride in your work, communicate well with colleagues, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.Some of the Responsibilities You Will Own
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout assigned areas of the hospital
- Sweep, mop, wax, and vacuum floors and carpets to maintain a clean environment
- Clean and disinfect hallways, restrooms, common areas, and light fixtures
- Dust and polish furniture and surfaces on a regular schedule
- Empty waste receptacles and manage proper disposal
- Perform minor building and equipment repairs
- Assist with moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Manage supply inventory and coordinate ordering of materials as needed
- Coordinate and oversee vendor relationships for facilities-related services
- Support the team with other duties as assigned by your manager
Basic Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of proper cleaning methods, materials, and equipment
- Basic building and grounds maintenance knowledge
- Ability to operate and maintain janitorial tools and equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and online ordering platforms (e.g., Amazon, Staples)
- Ability to complete minor facility repairs
- Strong ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Comfortable using and operating a computer
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients
