Customer Service Representative, Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care
Location: Centerville, OH
Schedule: Full Time | 2nd Shift | Rotating Weekly Schedule | Week 1; Monday 1pm-7pm, Tuesday 1pm-7pm & Wednesday, 1p-1am | Week 2; Monday 1pm-1am, Tuesday 1pm-7pm & Saturday 1pm-1am
Compensation: $17-23/hr | Applicable Shift Differentials; Overnights from 8pm-6am + $2/hr, Weekends $2/hr | Differentials do not stack

In Your Day-To-Day, You Will
- Manage high-volume incoming phone calls and client communication
- Greet and assist emergency and specialty clients
- Support front desk and administrative hospital operations overnight
- Maintain accurate medical and client records
- Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors
- Assist with patient intake and emergency workflow coordination
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout client-facing areas of the hospital
- Support clients through emotionally sensitive situations with compassion and discretion
- Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Successful candidates must be able to work independently overnight while maintaining strong teamwork and communication with medical staff
