Pet Emergency Treatment (PET), Alaska’s leading 24/7/365 emergency and specialty hospital, invites an compassionate and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. Nestled between the rugged Chugach Mountains and Cook Inlet, PET AK is an AAHA-accredited, high-volume facility and vital partner to pet owners throughout the region.

What You'll Do
Your day-to-day will include, but not be limited to:
- Welcome and assist clients according to PET ER's standards of care and hospitality
- Prepare and review electronic medical records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Direct appointments and assist with general scheduling and information
- Process payments and assist in financial processes
- Answer phones and deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume environment
- Fill medications with care and precision
- Provide compassionate support and empathy during end-of-life decisions
Because emergency medicine is dynamic, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed under pressure are essential.
What You Bring
- Previous experience delivering exemplary client service—veterinary reception, medical secretary, or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for creating a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment for every client
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Superior interpersonal skills that foster positive working relationships across a multi-doctor, multi-department team
- Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and occasional holidays
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) required
- 2x10 hour Shifts per Week - 3PM-1AM or 7PM-5AM
