Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday | 9:00 PM–7:30 AM | Four 10-hour overnight shifts (4/10 schedule)

In your day-to-day, you will:

Deliver exceptional nursing care for emergency and critically ill patients.
Serve as the primary nurse for emergency surgical procedures during overnight shifts.
Triage emergency patients and provide compassionate support to clients throughout their hospital experience.
Partner with veterinarians to perform patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and advanced procedures.
Collect and process laboratory samples, including blood, urine, aspirates, and other diagnostic specimens.
Assist with advanced imaging and diagnostic procedures.
Induce, monitor, and recover patients undergoing anesthesia and sedation.
Monitor hospitalized patients and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Work closely with emergency veterinarians, specialists, technicians, and support teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, team-focused hospital culture.

What You Bring

Current California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license.
Minimum of two years of emergency or clinical veterinary experience.
Strong technical skills including venipuncture, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, CPR, drug calculations, critical patient care, and patient handling.
Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced emergency environment.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.

Competitive compensation of $25.00–$40.00/hour based on experience and skill set.
