Customer Service Representative

$26-$30/hr plus $5.50 overnight differential
4/10 hr shifts with varying start times

Requirements:
- You have at least one year of experience in a client services role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
- You are a friendly, empathetic, and dependable team player who genuinely cares about helping clients and supporting your colleagues.
- You excel at managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, compassionate demeanor.
- You’re passionate about creating a positive client experience and building trust with pet owners.
- You value teamwork and contribute to a collaborative, uplifting culture where everyone is focused on achieving shared goals.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate ranging $26-$30 (includes additional $5.50/hr for hours worked between 6pm and 6am)
