Veterinary Emergency Manager
🚨 Mass Vet is Hiring a Veterinary Emergency Department Manager! 🚨
We’re looking for a passionate, skilled manager to join our ICU & Emergency team at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn, MA! We are a Level 1 24-hour emergency/critical care and specialty veterinary hospital.
Compensation:
- $85,000+ annually
- Swing/second shift (evenings) - flexible on days and times for the right candidate!
You’ll manage daily ICU and emergency department operations, staff scheduling, client/patient flow, and support staff development while ensuring top-notch patient care and service.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years supervisory/management experience or 4 years in veterinary industry
- Strong problem-solving, communication, mentorship, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required
- Vacation = 3 weeks per year (increases with tenure at Ethos!)
- Sick Time = 1 week per year
