Certified Veterinary Technician – Clinical Supervisor
Location: WVRC Grafton | Department: Emergency & Critical Care
Shift: Full-Time | 2nd Shift (4 PM–1 AM, later on weekends)
Compensation: Based on experience and skill set

We’re seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) with strong leadership skills to join us as our Clinical Supervisor in Grafton. You'll manage daily operations and lead a skilled emergency & critical care nursing team, focusing on patient care, team performance, and department efficiency.
Supervise and support the nursing team; lead scheduling, training, and development.
Monitor department workflow, performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in recruitment, hiring, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
Oversee departmental budgeting and payroll approval.
Foster collaboration and communication across departments.
Serve as an operational “go-to” during assigned shifts.
Ensure compliance with hospital standards and safety procedures.
Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) required
Proven leadership abilities and experience in a fast-paced clinical setting
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with scheduling, budgeting, and team development
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
