Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for strengthening relationships and driving revenue growth in the veterinary industry? Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking an enthusiastic Referral Relationship Manager (RRM) to be the vital link between our hospitals and the referring veterinary community in Greater Boston and Southeast Massachusetts.
In this role, you’ll co-support six Ethos hospitals, with a travel area focusing primarily on Southeast Massachusetts:
- Port City Veterinary Referral Hospital – Portsmouth, NH
- Veterinary Urgent Care – Nashua, NH
- Bulger Veterinary Hospital – Lawrence, MA
- Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital – Woburn, MA
- Boston West Veterinary Emergency & Specialty – Natick, MA
- West Bridgewater Veterinary Referral Hospital (formerly New England Animal Medical Center) – West Bridgewater, MA
The ideal candidate will reside within a 30-mile radius of Norfolk to ensure accessibility and familiarity with the area.What You’ll Do:As an RRM, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with referring veterinarians, helping drive patient referrals and hospital revenue growth. You will:- Develop & execute strategic outreach to strengthen referral partnerships.
- Engage with referring veterinarians through customized, valuable communications.
- Plan & oversee CE events, hospital tours, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership & marketing to promote new services and doctors.
- Leverage data & analytics to refine referral strategies and improve service.

What You’ll Need:- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Frequent travel required within the region (mileage reimbursed).
- The ideal candidate will reside within a 30-mile radius of Norfolk to ensure accessibility and familiarity with the area
- Flexibility – Some evening or weekend events may be required.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in a role demonstrating relationship management, sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in veterinary medicine or animal health is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills across multiple platforms (in-person, phone, email, social media).
Compensation & Benefits:- Salary: $80-85K (based on experience) + bonus potential up to 25% annually
