As Hospital Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence while supporting a culture that prioritizes both patient care and team engagement.
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee daily hospital operations with a strong focus on financial performance, team leadership, and client experience. You’ll partner closely with the Hospital Director and Medical Director to align operations with clinical goals and drive overall hospital success. This role is ideal for someone with a clinical or healthcare background who thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and leads with both accountability and empathy.

Drive team development through coaching, training, and performance management

Resolve operational and personnel challenges with sound, data-driven decisions
Oversee inventory, asset management, and compliance (including controlled substances)
Participate in on-call leadership and escalation management
Execute hospital priorities in alignment with leadership and stakeholders

Champion a patient- and client-centered experience across all touchpoints
Ensure hospital cleanliness, safety, and overall environment standards
Partner with clinical and client care teams to support seamless service
Lead with visibility, integrity, and a commitment to excellence
Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
3–5 years of leadership experience required
Veterinary or healthcare experience preferred (2+ years minimum)
Experience managing budgets and operational performance
