Charleston Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) is hiring a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our Client Care Department in Charleston, SC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced veterinary environment, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build their skills while supporting both clients and patients.

As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you will help coordinate a smooth experience for clients and patients before, during, and after their visits. Responsibilities include:
Schedule patient appointments with multiple specialty departments
Obtain and organize medical records and diagnostic imaging prior to appointments
Confirm appointments and provide clients with relevant care and drop-off instructions
Prepare treatment plan estimates and related paperwork for patient arrivals
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, veterinary teams, and hospital departments
Maintain accurate patient and client information
Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced veterinary hospital
Provide a positive, compassionate client experience while supporting efficient hospital workflows
Previous experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, customer service, or a similar client-facing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working collaboratively with clients and veterinary team members
Positive, professional, and compassionate approach to client service
Ability to learn veterinary terminology, hospital processes, and specialty services
Strong computer and administrative skills
Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.
Charleston Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) is located in beautiful Charleston, SC and is one of the few VECCS Level 1 certified facilities in South Carolina. Our emergency center is staffed 24/7/365 to support the community, and our hospital provides a wide range of specialty services including critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, medical oncology, anesthesia, neurology and neurosurgery, rehabilitation, and soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. Radiation oncology is also coming soon.
Our newly renovated, 32,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility is equipped with MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and digital radiography, providing our team with advanced diagnostic capabilities and the resources needed to care for complex cases.
