Client Services Representative (6p-4a)

Cincinnati, OH - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team in a third shift position (6p–4a). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping both people and pets, and can remain calm, organized, and professional during stressful situations.
The ideal candidate will manage incoming phone calls, greet and assist clients, support front desk operations, maintain accurate records and organization systems, and help ensure a clean, welcoming hospital environment throughout the shift. Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for client service are essential for success in this role.
As part of a 24/7 emergency and specialty veterinary hospital, overnight CSRs play a critical role in supporting patient care, guiding clients through emotional and urgent situations, and helping maintain efficient hospital flow during overnight hours.
 
About you:​ 
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office software and systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
