Animal Dental Clinic in Redwood City, CA, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary dentistry team!

As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in making pet owners feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their pet's dental care experience.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

  • Welcome clients and their pets, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to client questions, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient visits.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding appointments, procedures, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information in the hospital's computer systems.
  • Assist with client check-in, check-out, and general front desk responsibilities.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the veterinary team.
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and veterinary practice software to support daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Manage multiple priorities while ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and supported.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Comfort using computers, telephone systems, and office software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • A positive, dependable, and professional attitude
  • Previous veterinary reception, customer service, or medical office experience is a plus
