Veterinary Team Experience Coordinator (Part-Time with Potential to Grow into Full-Time)

Compensation: $23–$25/hour depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be one of the go-to people helping support employee experience inside our busy 24/7 Emergency & Specialty hospital in San Marcos.

A few things you’ll help with:

  • Creating warm, welcoming onboarding experiences for new hires
  • Planning team events, celebrations, appreciation weeks, and morale boosters
  • Assisting with recruiting support staff including phone screens and hospital tours
  • Helping organize trainings, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Creating fun monthly newsletters and internal communications
  • Supporting day-to-day operations and compliance tasks
  • Being a friendly resource for employees and helping foster a positive culture

  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive, approachable, and proactive
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects
  • Creative and excited to build employee engagement initiatives
  • Strong in written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable handling confidential information professionally
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Canva, and creative tools
  • Experienced in HR, administration, recruiting, hospitality, or employee experience-related work
