Schedule: Full-Time | Primarily Wednesday-Friday, 8am–8pm (with the potential to flex where needed based on caseload) Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate: $25-35/hr (based on experience and qualifications)

Communication
Deliver organized rounds and participate in collaborative case discussions
Keep open, clear communication with the patient care team regarding treatments, client updates, and nursing concerns
Educate clients on home care instructions
