Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple shifts available
Compensation: $18–$22/hour based on advanced knowledge and experience + $5/hour shift differential for hours worked between 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Schedule
Multiple full-time schedules are available:
  • 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, 4 days per week (includes one weekend day)
  • 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, 4 days per week (includes one weekend day)
Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and pets while providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Educate clients and referring veterinarians about our specialty and emergency services.
  • Schedule appointments for our multi-specialty hospital while ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with compassion and professionalism.
  • Manage reminder calls, follow-up communications, and email correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support specialty and urgent care services.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical reception experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and handling unexpected situations.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Fluent English speaking and reading skills required.
