The Role and Ideal Candidate:
As a Veterinary Client Service Coordinator, you are the first friendly face our patients and clients see upon arrival.
Remain calm in stressful and emotional situations while confidently interacting with clients in person and on the phone.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks such as:
Greeting clients and patients
Data entry
Requesting and sending medical records
Managing a multi-line phone system
Processing payments
Accurately scheduling appointments
Performing other administrative duties as needed
Communicate effectively with clients and medical staff, which is essential in this role.
Possess a genuine love for animals and a welcoming demeanor.
Show empathy, compassion, and provide reassurance to worried pet owners, which is crucial in this role.
The compensation range for this position is $22-26 an hour.

Basic required qualifications:
High school diploma and a minimum of one year of customer service related work experience
One year veterinary reception experience is preferred, however not required!
Competent computer skills including reliable and consistent ability to enter data into medical records; effective working knowledge of MS-Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Type 45+ wpm and use 10-key calculator
