Schedule: Full-time | Weekend & some holiday availability required
Available shifts: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | 9:00 AM–7:00 PM | 12:00 PM–10:00 PM

Our Client Service team plays an essential role in connecting pet owners with our medical teams while ensuring every client receives compassionate, professional, and efficient service.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

  • Welcome clients and pets while providing compassionate, professional customer service.
  • Answer incoming calls, screen client needs, schedule and confirm veterinary appointments, and prepare clients for their visits.
  • Coordinate communication and workflow between clients, veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and clinical teams.
  • Admit and discharge patients while maintaining accurate client and patient information.
  • Create and maintain veterinary medical records and enter information into the hospital's practice management system.
  • Process payments, post transactions, and assist with other front desk and administrative responsibilities.
  • Address client questions and concerns professionally while helping create a positive client experience.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service experience; veterinary hospital or animal healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • At least one year of receptionist, hospitality, front desk, or other client-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills with the ability to maintain accurate electronic medical records.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to type at least 45 WPM and use a 10-key calculator.
  • Ability to remain professional, compassionate, and organized in a fast-paced specialty and emergency veterinary environment.
