About us: The Center for Bird and Exotic Animal Medicine (CBEAM) is a 24/7 emergency and primary care veterinary hospital for exotics, providing compassionate and expert care for all species of non-traditional pets near Seattle, WA. Our team of nineteen veterinarians and about forty support staff deliver specialized treatments, diagnostic protocols, and state-of-the-art equipment tailored to these species. About the role: The Sterile Resource Assistant is vital to ensuring a sterile and efficient environment in our veterinary hospital's surgical department. This position is responsible for the decontamination, preparation, assembly, and sterilization of all surgical instruments, as well as for maintaining equipment and restocking operating room cabinets with sterile supplies. The SRA upholds the highest standards of infection control to ensure patient and staff safety.
