Client Service Lead - SAGE Campbell
$31 - $35 per hour
Full-time opportunity in Campbell, California

Schedule: Full-time, 5/8's. Open availability preferred, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Lead the client service team at SAGE Campbell, a hospital offering Emergency, Critical Care, Urgent Care, Surgery, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Neurology and Physical Rehabilitation services. In this role, you'll manage a team of Client Service Coordinators and ensure every team member provides an exceptional client experience.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage a team of Client Service Coordinators
• Ensure all team members provide an exceptional client experience
• Complete the monthly schedule and ensure adequate coverage
• Manage department payroll and staffing costs, including review and approval of timecards
• Fill in as a Client Service Coordinator as needed
• Ensure the daily financial close is properly completed
• Participate in the development of and refinements to best practices (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Deliver results in areas of staff development, training, client satisfaction, and safety
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume client service setting
• Leadership experience highly preferred
• A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a positive, professional attitude and demeanor
• Ability to lead by example and positively influence others by managing and participating in the mentorship and training of team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communications systems
• Excellent positive and productive communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Valid California driver's license, proper vehicle registration, and California's minimum automobile insurance coverage
• Ability to work shifts, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
