The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Hospital Service Manager – Client Services to lead and inspire our front-of-house teams and ensure a seamless, compassionate client experience. This leadership role will report directly to the Hospital Director and oversee our Client Care Supervisors, Auditors, and Financial Concierge team.

• Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Flexibility required – may include days, evenings, and weekends

• Recruiting, training, coaching, and scheduling client services staff
• Fostering a culture of hospitality, empathy, and excellence
• Monitoring and managing team performance and productivity
• Overseeing billing processes, daily reconciliations, and account follow-ups
• Resolving client concerns with professionalism, compassion, and tact
• Coordinating hospital systems, including doctor scheduling with AI-based software
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support smooth clinic operations
• Handling escalated client interactions and supporting staff in emotionally charged situations

• Associate’s degree (or higher) preferred
• Strong leadership background with experience managing diverse teams
• Previous experience in hospitality, medical, or customer-facing environments strongly preferred
• Excellent communicator and conflict-resolution expert
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and solution-focused
• Able to thrive in a clinical setting with emotional sensitivity and professionalism
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed
